We’re a Michigan-based team with decades of experience owning and managing commercial properties. Having to maintain over 1.6 million square feet of flat roofs in Metro Detroit, we understand the real cost of roof failure—and the value of solutions that minimize disruption and maximize lifespan.
That experience led us to specialize in silicone roof coating, a proven way to extend roof life 10–30 years at a fraction of replacement cost. As a small, hands-on team, we’re directly involved in every project and committed to delivering clear, honest recommendations that make sense for owners and property managers.

A CPA by trade, Steve brings a finance and systems mindset to roofing. His time at Taubman—an owner/operator of over 25 million square feet of mall retail real estate—shaped his expertise, allowing him to approach every roof as a long-term asset and deliver solutions that make both operational and financial sense for building owners.
Jake Phillips

A licensed builder and true boots-on-the-ground operator, Jake is the definition of a non-stop hustler. He lives in the field, ensuring projects move fast, are installed right, and meet the highest standards from prep to final coat.
Ryan Burdette

With an MBA from Michigan State and a background in M&A at Stryker, Ryan brings high-level deal and operational experience to the day-to-day. He plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently, making smart decisions, and executing at a high level for our customers.
